My career started in the manufacturing industry, where I quickly progressed to planning roles. At companies like Vistaprint, Fuji Seal and Nuon-Vattenfall, I built S&OP processes, workforce planning systems and KPI dashboards that were actually used.
I believe in pragmatic solutions. Not the most expensive tooling or the most complex model, but the solution that delivers value fastest. I always start simple — usually in Excel — and only build robustly once the concept is proven.
Outside work you'll find me on the golf course or working on data projects. I run business-intelligence.info, a platform for BI news and knowledge sharing.
